Our regular service area is all of Pasco County, with extended coverage into the neighboring parts of Hernando, Hillsborough, and Polk counties. The closer a home is to Dade City, the faster we can get a truck there, and inside Pasco County we offer same-day service when the schedule allows. Pasco County: Home Base

Dade City is where the shop is, and the east Pasco communities around it are where most of our calls come from. San Antonio, St. Leo, Trilby, and Lacoochee are minutes from the shop and include some of the county’s oldest housing, which means galvanized and polybutylene supply lines, cast-iron drains, and the whole-house repipes that eventually follow. Zephyrhills carries a heavy mineral load in its water, so water heater sediment and scaled fixtures are the everyday calls there, along with a large number of manufactured homes we are set up to work on.

Central and west Pasco are a longer drive but still routine for us. Wesley Chapel and Land O’ Lakes are newer construction, where we see PEX manifold repairs, water softener and filtration installs, and remodel plumbing. Lutz, Odessa, and Trinity sit along the Hillsborough line and mix established neighborhoods with gated golf communities. On the coast, New Port Richey, Port Richey, Holiday, and Hudson bring canal-front homes, slab leaks, and sewer lines stressed by sandy, shifting soil. Shady Hills is largely on private wells, so pressure tanks and leak detection on long supply runs are common jobs.

Hernando County: Extended Area

Just north of Pasco, Brooksville, Spring Hill, and Weeki Wachee are within our regular reach for scheduled work and for emergencies when a crew is available. Much of this area runs on well water, so we handle a lot of water treatment, pressure problems, and water heaters that have taken a beating from hard water.

Hillsborough County: Extended Area

Along the Pasco border, Temple Terrace, Thonotosassa, Seffner, and Plant City are part of our extended area. These are mostly established single-family neighborhoods where drain cleaning, sewer line repair, toilet and fixture replacement, and gas line work make up most of the calls.

Polk County: Extended Area

To the east, we cover the western side of Lakeland plus Auburndale and Davenport. For these towns we schedule larger jobs such as repipes, water heater replacements, and bathroom remodel plumbing, and we will tell you honestly when a closer company is the better call for a small same-day repair.

Pricing is quoted up front before work starts, and we tell you about any trip charge for extended-area towns when you book, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

How fast can you get to my town?

Inside Pasco County we offer same-day service when the schedule allows. For the Hernando, Hillsborough, and Polk towns we usually schedule within a day or two, and emergencies are dispatched to the nearest available plumber.
